Fill out the form completely.
Include your confirmed summer hours, the date you want the changes to take effect, and whether any current sessions will be affected. -
Let us know about potential conflicts.
If any of your current students are impacted, you'll be prompted to:- List their names
- Suggest alternate times (so we can try to keep them on your roster!)
- Share up-to-date progress notes

- 🕒 Don’t update your availability manually- Use the form so we can prevent conflicts and notify families properly
- 📅 Be sure of your start date - Changes are immediate once entered into the system
- 📬 Let parents know if their student will be affected — this goes a long way in building trust and minimizing stress
- 📝 Progress notes are key! If we do need to reassign a student, your notes help the new tutor hit the ground running
