How it works
After a trial class, our AI gets to work summarizing the learner’s skill level and crafting a tailored plan for their future sessions. You’ll see a message in your dashboard letting you know the assessment is generating—it takes about 10 minutes to appear.
Once it’s ready, you’re all set! The assessment will automatically be sent to families two hours after the class ends—no extra steps needed from you.

Editing the written assessment
Want to make tweaks? You can! Click “Review assessment” to edit before it goes out. If you need more time, hit “Snooze” to delay sending by another two hours. If no edits are made, the AI-generated assessment will be sent as-is.

A: AI generates assessments using the class transcript from the recorded session.
