Joining your tutoring session is easy—simply log in to your Dojo Tutor account dashboard! All classes take place on Zoom, but you do not need a Zoom link or ID to join; the link to join is always available in your account dashboard.
Joining from your Class Reminder email
Families with a scheduled tutoring class are expected to receive three class reminder emails. The first email is sent one day before the class schedule, the second is sent the morning of the class, and finally, the third is sent 30 minutes before the class is about to start.
Each of these class reminder emails has a button link that will take you to your Dojo Tutor account dashboard, where you can join the class. Below is a sample of the Class Reminder email sent 30 minutes before the class and the steps to join the session using the email.

Click the 'Log in to your dashboard' blue button from the email.
- The button will route you to your Dojo Tutor account's log in page. From there the steps to join your class are the same as logging into your Dojo Tutor account dashboard -- see below!

Log in to your Dojo Tutor account dashboard on the device your child will use for the class with the email address and username you used to complete your online tutoring enrollment. If you've forgotten your log in credentials, click the 'Forgot Password' link to reset.

Once logged in, your class card and schedule will be displayed. The 'Join Class' button is at the lower left corner of your class card. Please Note: the button will be 'grayed out' and inactive until 15 minutes before the start of class. At that time, it will activate and turn 'blue' so you can sign into Zoom early and ensure you're ready to start learning on time!

Wait for the tutor to join and admit you to the session. While waiting for the tutor, be sure to test your audio and video Zoom connection to avoid technical issues during the session.
And that's it! You are now ready for your class.
