We understand that unexpected situations happen, making it necessary to reschedule your class. Don't worry! You can easily do that from your Dojo Tutor online account.
The steps below will walk you through the simple process of rescheduling your session, making sure you can find a time that works best for you.
A few things to remember before we get started:
- You are able to reschedule once per session, completely free of charge, up to 2 hours before the session starts.
- If you completely missed the class, you may book another trial session through your Dojo Tutor account.

Reschedule a class
- Log-in to your Dojo Tutor online account
- From your class card, click 'Manage class'
- Select the new Date and Time that works for you and your child
If you can't find a time that works for you, click 'View all dates and times' for more options
- Click on the 'Confirm new time' button to confirm the new date and time
- Your class card will be updated with the new schedule
- Wait for the email confirmation and that's it!
Until when can I reschedule free of charge?
You are able to reschedule once per session, completely free of charge, up to 2 hours before the session starts.
If you miss the rescheduling window, you can only cancel the class using the Cancel Class option. Canceled classes with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded, as tutors have been paid in full for the session.
