These guidelines apply specifically to participation in Dojo Tutor–hosted community spaces and are designed to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment for tutors, learners, families, and staff.

Treat all community members with respect and kindness. Disrespectful, harmful, or dismissive behavior toward others is not acceptable. - Cultural Sensitivity
Our community includes tutors from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences. Be mindful that perspectives and norms may differ. Always assume positive intent. - Professional Conduct in Community Spaces
Maintain a professional tone and demeanor in all Dojo Tutor, affiliated community interactions. Conversations should remain appropriate and aligned with the purpose of the community. - Appropriate Boundaries
Romantic or personal discussions involving learners are not permitted. Tutors are expected to maintain appropriate professional boundaries when engaging with other tutors and ClassDojo staff within community spaces. - Confidentiality and Privacy
Do not share personal, sensitive, or identifying information about yourself or others. Use official Dojo Tutor channels for communications involving learners, families, account details, or sensitive information. - Feedback Over Gossip
Address concerns constructively and directly. Gossip, speculation, or public escalation of conflicts is discouraged. - No Promotion or Solicitation
Community spaces may not be used for self-promotion, advertising, or solicitation of personal businesses, services, or external opportunities. - Collaboration Over Competition
This is a collaborative community. Share ideas, resources, and experiences in ways that support collective growth and positive outcomes for learners. - Professional Growth and Knowledge Sharing
Support one another’s development by sharing insights, lessons learned, and constructive feedback rooted in real tutoring experiences. - Respect for Intellectual Property
Do not share copyrighted materials without proper authorization. - Privacy of Contact Information
Personal contact information should not be shared. Communication with learners and families should occur through the Dojo Tutor platform. - Zero Tolerance for Harassment or Harm
Hate, harassment, threats, bullying, stalking, scamming, intimidation, or sharing private information is not tolerated. This includes behavior targeting individuals or groups based on race or ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected category. - Reporting Safety Concerns
If you experience or witness behavior from tutors or ClassDojo staff that feels unsafe or inappropriate, report it promptly. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment. - Collaborative Engagement with Staff
Engage with ClassDojo staff in a spirit of collaboration and shared improvement to enhance the experience for tutors and learners.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in loss of access to the Dojo Tutor community and, in serious cases, further action consistent with platform policies and applicable agreements. We appreciate your commitment to maintaining a respectful, supportive, and Tutorpreneur-centered community.
