Rescheduling Policy
You are able to reschedule once per session, completely free of charge, up to 2 hours before the session starts.
- If you wish to reschedule more than once or fewer than 2 hours before the session starts, you’ll have to purchase an additional session.
Cancellation Policy
In order to secure a full refund, you can cancel classes up to 24 hours in advance.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled class, you will no longer be eligible for a refund but you can still reschedule for free (once per session).
- If a substitute tutor is assigned to your class and you prefer not to proceed with them, you can cancel the session and receive an automatic refund — even if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the class.
Why are we doing this?
We get it—life happens, and sometimes you need to make last-minute changes. But here’s the thing: when classes get canceled at the last minute, it throws a wrench in everyone’s plans, especially our tutors who work hard to prepare for each session, and organize their day around scheduled classes.
By being able to reschedule sessions up to 2 hours before they start, you're still able to keep your child's learning on track on a schedule that works for you and your kid's tutor!
