💲️Refund policy for group classes
Here’s how refunds work:
- Cancel more than 24 hours before the session → you’re eligible for a refund
- Cancel within 24 hours of the session → not eligible for a refund
- Rescheduling isn’t available just yet
Cancel your subscription from the Parent Dashboard
- Log-in to your Dojo Tutor online account
- Click the drop-down menu found in the upper right corner of your account, then select 'Manage Subscription'
- Click the gear icon and select 'Cancel or pause subscription'
- Select 'Stop altogether' from the list
- Select a cancellation reason and click 'Continue'
- Lastly, click 'Yes, cancel' to confirm your subscription's cancellation
And that's it! Your Group Class subscription has been cancelled.
What happens after you cancel
- All future scheduled sessions in this group class will be canceled
- If any of those sessions were already paid for in advance, you’ll receive a refund
