How to cancel your subscription to a Group Class

Need to make a change? No problem! You can cancel your child’s group class subscription anytime in just a few steps.

💲️Refund policy for group classes

Here’s how refunds work:

  • Cancel more than 24 hours before the session → you’re eligible for a refund
  • Cancel within 24 hours of the session → not eligible for a refund
  • Rescheduling isn’t available just yet

Cancel your subscription from the Parent Dashboard

  1. Log-in to your Dojo Tutor online account
  1. Click the drop-down menu found in the upper right corner of your account, then select 'Manage Subscription' 
  1. Click the gear icon and select 'Cancel or pause subscription'
  1. Select 'Stop altogether' from the list

 

  1. Select a cancellation reason and click 'Continue'
  1. Lastly, click 'Yes, cancel' to confirm your subscription's cancellation

And that's it! Your Group Class subscription has been cancelled. 

What happens after you cancel

  • All future scheduled sessions in this group class will be canceled
  • If any of those sessions were already paid for in advance, you’ll receive a refund
