How to reschedule a subscription class

If something comes up and you must find a new date or time for your kid's class, you can reschedule it from your Dojo Tutor account dashboard anytime.

A few things to remember before you get started:

  • You are able to reschedule once per session, completely free of charge, up to 2 hours before the session starts.
  • If you completely missed the class and still wish to reschedule, please contact our Customer Support team. They will be happy to arrange a new class for you. Note that regular class rates may apply.
  • If you would like to cancel the class, please select Cancel Class from the menu instead.

Reschedule a subscription class 

  1. Log-in to your Dojo Tutor online account


     

  2. Find the class you'd like to reschedule and click 'Manage class' on the class card


     

  3. Select the new Date and Time that works for you and your child


    If you can't find a time that works for you, click 'View all dates and times' for more options

     

  4. Click on the 'Confirm new time' button to confirm the new date and time


     

  5. Your class card will be updated with the new schedule

 

Until when can I reschedule free of charge?

You are able to reschedule once per session, completely free of charge, up to 2 hours before the session starts.

If you miss the rescheduling window, you can only cancel the class using the Cancel Class option. Canceled classes with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded, as tutors have been paid in full for the session.
