Understanding Your Payment History in Dojo Tutor

Your Payment History helps you keep track of all your tutoring payments in one place. You can review past charges, partial or full refunds, download receipts, and see details for each transaction anytime.

To access your Payment History:

  1. Click your profile picture in the top right corner.
  2. Select Payment History from the dropdown menu.

Here is what you can do:

  • View all your past payments in one list
  • See the payment date, description, and amount
  • Check the status of each payment
  • Click on any row to open more details

When you click on a payment:

  • A detailed receipt will open in a new tab
  • You can download a PDF copy of your receipt
  • You can view payment details like the total amount and the payment method

What to expect

Your Payment History is designed to be simple and clear, but a few details are helpful to understand:

  • The date shown is the date the payment was made. It is not the date of the class itself.
  • The description gives a general idea of the tutoring session.
    • If you need help matching a payment to a specific class, our support team can help.
  • Refunds will appear in your history.
    • This includes both full and partial refunds.
    • Clicking a refund opens the refund receipt.

Important things to know

Some payments may look a little different depending on how the class was booked:

  • If the amount is $0:
    • No payment was charged
    • This can happen if you used a coupon, had a credit, or joined a free class
  • You can still click on these rows:
    • This will open the invoice
    • You can see details about why the charge was $0

Frequently asked questions

Why does the date not match my class date?
The date shown is when the payment was processed. Classes may happen on a different day.

How do I download a receipt?
Click on the payment in your history. The receipt will open in a new tab, where you can download it as a PDF.

Where can I find refund details?
Refunds appear in your Payment History just like other transactions. Click on the refund to view the full receipt.

Why do I see a $0 charge?
A $0 charge means no payment was needed. This usually happens when a credit, coupon, or free class was applied.

How can I tell which class a payment is for?
The description provides a general label. If you need more details, our support team can help you match the payment to a specific class.
