I. How do I add out-of-office time?
- Log into your Dojo Tutor dashboard
- Click “Availability”
- Click “Out of office”
- Click “Add OOO”
- Add the first and last day you need to take off
- Click “Save”
- Select the reason for your OOO time
- Click “Confirm OOO”
II. How do I add a few hours of OOO time?
- Log into your Dojo Tutor dashboard
- Click “Availability”
- Click “Out of office”
- Click “Add OOO”
- Add the same date to the “Starts on” and “Ends on” fields
- Add the start time and end time for when you need off for that day
- If you need that whole day off, check the “All day” box
- Click “Save”
- Select the reason for your OOO time
- Click “Confirm OOO”
III. How do I delete OOO time?
- Log into your Dojo Tutor dashboard
- Click “Availability”
- Click “Out of office”
- Click “Add OOO”
- Click the trashcan icon on the time you would like to delete
- Confirm by clicking “Delete OOO?”
IV. How far in advance do I need to add OOO time?
- You can enter OOO time in your dashboard at any time.
- Please refer to our OOO policies here.
- If you add time less than 48 hours in advance, it will be considered a last-minute schedule change, and you will see the below message when completing the entry.
- If you add OOO time less than 5 minutes before a class is scheduled to begin, please reach out and alert Customer Support so they can contact your affected family and kid.
- Classes canceled 5 minutes or less before they are scheduled to happen will be counted as a no-show.
Note:
- Canceling classes less than 48 hours before they’re scheduled can lead to subscription cancellations, which may affect your eligibility for trial classes and other opportunities.
- Classes impacted by your out-of-office (OOO) status are typically assigned a substitute automatically. However, if you still see these classes on your dashboard, please remain patient. Our system will wait until 12 hours before the scheduled session to cancel it if a substitute cannot be secured
V. Do I need to fill out the Urgent Tutor form for class cancellations still?
- No, you will now be able to complete all schedule changes within your dashboard.
