You can now easily track your earnings directly in your Dojo Tutor account. The Payouts Dashboard helps you stay up to date on your current pay and review past payouts, all in one place.
To access your Payouts Dashboard:
- Click your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Select Payouts from the dropdown menu.
Once you’re in, you’ll see a breakdown of your earnings by pay period.
What to expect
Current pay period
- Your current pay period shows a rolling total of your earnings.
- This total updates as you teach classes, so you can track your progress in real time.
Past pay periods
- You can view past payouts from 2026 onward in the dashboard.
- For payouts from before 2026, you can continue to view them in Remote.
Important things to know
- The dashboard is designed to give you a clear and up-to-date view of your earnings
- If you teach Group Classes, you’ll see a dedicated section for those earnings.
- If you don’t teach Group Classes, this section will not appear.
- If something looks off, you can report it directly from the dashboard
- Adjustments to payments will not appear in the dashboard
Reporting a missing payment
If you believe a payment is missing:
- Select the pay statement in question (e.g., Apt 10, 2026).
- At the top right corner of the dashboard, click the “Report missing payment” button.
- Fill out the form with the details of your concern.
Our team will review your submission and help resolve the issue.
Timeline:
- Submit between the 1st–15th → adjustments paid by the end of the month
- Submit on or after the 16th → adjustments paid on the 15th of the following month
