We’re excited to announce the launch of the Subscriber List in your Tutor Dashboard!
This new tool makes it easier to view and manage your currently enrolled students all in one place.
What is the Subscriber List?
The Subscriber List allows you to see your active subscribers — meaning the families who currently have an active subscription with you.
At this time, this list does not include:
- Families who have canceled their subscription
- Past subscribers
- Families who completed only a trial
This ensures your list stays clean, accurate, and relevant to your current teaching schedule.
Where Do I Find the Subscriber List?
You can find the Subscriber List directly in your Tutor Dashboard, under "Subscriptions".
What Information Will I See?
Your Subscriber List will show the following details for each active student:

| Student Name | Quickly confirm which learner you’re working with |
| Parent/Guardian Name | Helps ensure clear communication with the correct adult |
| Student’s Grade Level & Subject | Useful for planning instruction and materials |
| Interests | Helps you understand what your student is into so you can better connect and engage with them |
| Student’s Local Time Zone | Makes scheduling conversations smooth and avoids time conversion confusion. |
| Learning Needs | So you can have insights into your students' needs and areas of opportunity |
🕒 Being able to see the student’s local time can be especially helpful when:
- Suggesting new recurring session times
- Communicating schedule changes
- Aligning on adding subjects + times
