Itâs designed to help you understand your strengths, catch any issues early, and celebrate the incredible work youâre doing with students every single day.
Your performance data is now right at your fingertipsâ simple, visual, and built just for you.
Where to find it
You can now access the Insights tab directly from your Tutor Dashboard. Here, youâll see an overview of your key stats, recent class performance, and all of your ratings and reviews.
What youâll find in the dashboard
Key Stats
These are the four most important reliability metrics we track. They help us understand how consistently classes are happening and how satisfied families are.
Your dashboard shows your performance in each area, along with the expectations for all tutors:
| Metric | What it means | Goal |
|---|---|---|
| On-time classes | How often you join class on time (joining within the first 3 minutes counts as on time). | 95% or higher |
| No-shows | How many scheduled classes you miss entirely | 0 |
| Cancellations <24 hours | The percentage of classes you cancel with fewer than 24 hoursâ notice. | 5% or lower |
| Overall star rating | Your all-time average rating from families. | 4.8 or higher |
Each metric includes a clear indicator showing how you're doing relative to the target, featuring data from the past 100 classes.
Ratings and reviews
In this section, youâll see:
- Your average rating
- A breakdown of how many 5-, 4-, 3-, 2-, and 1-star ratings youâve received
- A list of recent reviews families have shared about you
This helps you understand the experience youâre providing and recognize the impact youâre making with your students.
