How to Manage your Trial Availability

You can now turn trial sessions on or off directly from your Tutor Dashboard. This gives you more control over your schedule and makes it easier to manage your availability without needing to contact support.

To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. From your Tutor Dashboard, click your picture at the top right-hand corner.
  2. From the dropdown menu displayed, click "Account settings."
  3. Find the Trial availability toggle.
    • Turn trials on to allow families to book trial sessions.
    • Turn trials off to stop new trial bookings.

What to expect

When you turn trials off:

  • New families will not be able to book trial sessions with you
  • Trial availability will no longer appear on your profile
  • You will not receive additional trial bookings

When you turn trials on:

  • Families can begin booking trial sessions again
  • Trial availability will appear on your profile

This update gives you more flexibility to adjust your schedule as your availability changes.

Important things to know

Turning off trials only affects future trial bookings.

  • Any trial sessions that were already booked will remain on your schedule
  • This includes trials scheduled for future dates
  • You are still expected to teach any confirmed trial sessions

This helps ensure a reliable and consistent experience for families who have already reserved time with you.

If you need to make changes to an existing trial session, please follow the standard rescheduling or cancellation process.
