Dojo Tutor offers 1:1 tutoring sessions seven days a week. Tutoring sessions take place at the following times:
- Monday - Sunday: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm ET
Holidays
As of December 2025, Dojo Tutor will be open on all holidays.
We understand that maintaining learning continuity is important. Because of this, when a holiday approaches, Dojo Tutor will proactively notify and remind families and tutors through various communications— newsletters, reminders, and seasonal updates. That way, both families and tutors can plan, schedule makeup sessions as needed, and keep our students' education running smoothly.
For some of the major holidays (listed below), families and tutors will see a banner appear on their respective dashboards notifying/reminding them of the upcoming festivities up to two weeks in advance.
- Dec. 31st - New Year’s Eve
- Fourth Thursday of November - Thanksgiving
- Dec. 25th - Christmas Day
On the same note, tutors will notice that these major holidays have been set as out-of-office (OOO) days by default, providing them with enough time to plan alongside families.
On the other hand, if tutors are interested in being off for any other holidays, they must submit their OOO in advance. For more information on Out of Office Hours, check out this article.
