How to manage your Dojo Tutor subscription

You can now update your child's weekly class schedule, length, and frequency (i.e., how often your child meets with their tutor each week), as well as the payment method tied to a Dojo Tutor subscription, through the Parent Dashboard! 🎊

 

Updating your weekly schedule

  1. Log in to your Dojo Tutor account

  2. Click the drop-down menu found in the upper right corner of your account, then select 'Manage Subscription'

  3. Locate the subscription you want to update, and click 'Edit' in the Schedule section.

  4. Select a new day of the week and time, and click 'Continue'

  5. Review the new subscription schedule, and click 'Confirm changes'

     

  6. You're all set! You'll see a confirmation message, and your subscription details will be updated

📗 A few reminders:

  • The change will not take effect until your next billing cycle. While waiting for your schedule to change, you may reschedule single classes by following these steps.
  • Rescheduling single classes must be completed at least 2 hours ahead of time, so please do this as soon as possible!

 

Updating your weekly class length and frequency

  1. Under Manage subscriptions, click 'Edit' in the Tutoring plan section

  2. Select the available plan you’d like— 

    • For example, you can select between “25 min” and "55 min" classes, and you must pick the total number of classes per week. 
    • If you have 1 class and would like to add another, you'd choose "2 classes per week" as your plan — and click “Continue.”
  3. Select your preferred schedule, and click 'Continue'

     

  4. Lastly, review the new subscription details, and click 'Confirm changes'

Note: All changes will go into effect within a week or two, depending on your subscription's billing cycle.

 

Updating the payment method linked to your Dojo Tutor subscription

  1. Under Manage subscriptions, click "Edit" in the "Payment method" section.
     

  2. A new tab will open for you to input the information of the new credit or debit card you'd like to use for your Dojo Tutor subscription.
     

  3. Once you're done adding the new payment information, click "Save."
  4. You're all set! You'll see a confirmation message, and your subscription details will be updated.
