How to cancel your weekly subscription class

If your kid cannot attend a class and you'd like to cancel it, you can do it from your dashboard in a few clicks.

If you do it more than 24 hours before the class you will get a full refund for the class. For more details on our Advanced Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, see this article.

 

✏️ Important reminder before you get started!

Cancel your class at least 24 hours from the class schedule to get a full refund. This way, we have enough time to notify the tutor about the cancellation.

Cancelling a class from your Parent Dashboard

1. Log in to Dojo Tutor at https://tutor.classdojo.com 

2. Find the class you'd like to cancel and click on the three buttons in the top right of the class card.

3. Click on 'Cancel Class'

4. Confirm you want to cancel by clicking on "Yes, cancel class". 
Please note that if it's fewer than 24 hours from the scheduled class, you will see a message reminding you that the class is not refundable. Read more about our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy here.

 

5.  You're done! You'll see a confirmation message and the class will no longer appear in your dashboard. You will also receive an email to confirm the cancellation.
