📊 Super Tutor Eligibility Criteria
To earn the Super Tutor badge, tutors must meet all of the following criteria.
⭐ Ratings & Experience (All Time)
- 4.8 ⭐ or higher overall rating
- 20+ star ratings
- 50+ completed sessions
⏰ Reliability (Last 100 Sessions)
- 95% or higher on-time rate
- 1 no-show automatically waived per 100 classes
- 2 or more will remove the badge
- 5% or fewer last-minute cancellations
All metrics are pulled directly from your Tutor Insights Dashboard.
⚡Note:
- No-shows are waived automatically; you never need to request or explain a waiver.

🔄 How the Super Tutor Badge Works
- Tutor stats are evaluated daily
- The Super Tutor badge is automatically added once all criteria are met
- No application is required
- If you lose the badge because of no-shows, it comes back automatically once your last 100 classes drop back under the threshold.
Maintaining the Badge
- To keep the badge, tutors must continue to meet all criteria
- If any metric falls below the threshold, the badge will be removed
- The badge can be re-earned once all criteria are met again
